How secure is my unit?
Our facility is alarmed and monitored by CCTV. Each unit is individually secured with your own lock and key. We also have fire sensors and a modern alarm system protecting the building.
What sizes are available?
We offer a range of storage sizes from compact lockers up to 150 sq ft indoor units. We also offer caravan storage plots. If you're unsure what size you need, our team can help.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my unit?
Yes. If your storage requirements change, we can help you move to a larger or smaller unit, subject to availability.
What's the minimum rental period?
Our minimum rental period is 4 weeks. After that, you can continue for as long as you need. There are no long-term contracts and you can leave with 7 days' notice.
What can I store in my unit?
Most household and business items can be stored, including furniture, personal belongings, business stock, tools, documents and seasonal items.
Live animals, perishable items, illegal goods, dangerous items and hazardous materials are not permitted.
Do I need insurance?
Insurance can be provided through us, or you can use your own home insurance if your policy covers items kept in self storage. Cover arranged through us can be increased up to £10,000 when storing higher-value items. Please check that the level of cover is suitable for your belongings.
How do I pay?
We accept card payments. You can choose to pay monthly, every 4 weeks or annually. A receipt is issued for each payment.
