Sign Your Agreement
Bring valid ID and proof of address, then sign the simple storage agreement before moving in.

Move In
Bring your belongings during the agreed access hours. Bring a padlock or buy one on site, and use the free trolleys and sack trucks.

Move Out When Ready
Give 7 days' notice, clear the unit and remove your padlock. There are no exit fees or complicated penalties.

Ask us a questionHow long can I keep my belongings in storage?
As long as you need. There is no maximum term — store for a month, a year or longer. We simply ask for 7 days' notice when you are ready to vacate.
Can I access my unit whenever I want?
Current access is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm and Saturday by arrangement. A new self-access system is planned for summer 2026, offering daily access between 8am and 8pm without needing to call ahead.
Is my stuff insured?
Insurance can be provided through us, or you can use your own home insurance if your policy covers items kept in self storage. Cover arranged through us can be increased up to £10,000 when storing higher-value items. Please check that the level of cover is suitable for your belongings.
Can I store a car or caravan?
Yes. Our Penygroes facility has dedicated outdoor caravan storage plots measuring 3m × 8m, with CCTV coverage and controlled site access.
What if I need to change unit size?
That is usually no problem. Subject to availability, we can move you to a larger or smaller unit as your storage needs change.
Do I need to bring my own padlock?
Yes. Bring a good-quality padlock or purchase one on site. Only you hold the key, so nobody else can open your unit.
What cannot be stored?
Hazardous materials, petrol, explosives, illegal goods, perishable food and live animals cannot be stored. Furniture, boxes, tools, seasonal items and documents are normally fine, subject to the storage agreement.
How do I pay?
Payment is by card and is taken in advance. Choose monthly, every 4 weeks or annually. Secure payment processes are used for card transactions.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Give us 7 days' notice when you are ready to leave, with no exit fee or cancellation penalty.
What happens if I cannot pay?
If payment becomes overdue, we will contact you to resolve the account. In line with the storage agreement and applicable industry guidance, access may be restricted and further recovery action may follow after formal notice. Selling stored contents is a last resort.
